You pay less

OTAs charge a service fee on top of the nightly rate, typically 12 to 20 percent of your total. On a week-long stay that can add up to several hundred dollars that goes to the platform, not to your trip. When you book direct with Myla, that fee disappears. The rate you see is the rate you pay.

You talk to us directly

OTAs sit between you and the host. Messages go through their system, response times vary, and anything outside the standard booking flow is hard to arrange. An early check-in, a late checkout, a crib for the baby: all of that has to be negotiated through a platform that was not designed for it.

We can do more for you

Airport transfers, food tours, a private chef, spa bookings, bike tours around Roma and Condesa. None of that shows up on an OTA listing. Our concierge team arranges all of it, but only for guests who book with us directly. It is easier for us to take care of you when there is no platform in the way.

Your information stays with us

When you book through a third-party platform, your contact details belong to them. You get their marketing, their cancellation policy changes, their app. When you book direct, your reservation is between you and Myla. We keep it simple.
