What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 4:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. Stay past 11:00 am without prior approval and an extra night is charged at the base rate. It does not extend your reservation.

How do I get my keys? Is check-in self-service?

At the building front desk. The team takes a photo ID for every guest and hands over access. Reception at Roma Norte is staffed around the clock.

Yes, just let us know your arrival time beforehand so the desk is ready for you.

14+ days before arrival: full refund. 7–13 days: 50% refund. Under 7 days: non-refundable.

No parties. Quiet hours run 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. No smoking indoors. Any visitors need our approval first.

Normal wear is fine. Stained linens (makeup, food, blood) and anything that needs a second cleaner are charged accordingly.

Can I bring a baby? Is there a crib?

Yes, all ages welcome. Cribs are available on request (subject to availability). We don't offer extra beds.

What is in the apartment?

Full kitchen, cooking basics, coffee and tea, fast wifi, a desk, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, towels, linens, and toiletries. The buildings have a lift, gym, coworking space, rooftop terrace, and 24-hour security.

Most apartments have heating rather than AC. Mexico City is mild year round, and portable fans are available in many units. Check the amenity list on your apartment page.
