Casa Grace a pasos de Polanco y Reforma

I stayed five days and felt comfortable overall. The building amenities are a highlight: excellent gym, beautiful view, and a helpful management team. Myla, especially Claudio, was outstanding. The unit is small but manageable, with great hidden storage under the hydraulic lift-up bed. Be aware there is no dining table, the desk chair is not usable, the fan rattles, and rush-hour street noise can be intense. There is no A/C or window screen, and mosquitoes quickly entered the unit—even on the 20th floor. I recommend buying plug-in mosquito repellent immediately. Internet is Izzi coax, about 40–50 Mbps—fine for normal use but not enough for fiber-dependent remote work. Fiber is available in the building, but the owner would not approve switching this unit despite my stay was booked for 4 months, my job required it and fiber was confirmed prior to booking. I was forced to cancel & find other accommodations last minute. Front desk/security are Spanish-only, so Google Translate helps.
